1. About Coaches Stack

Coaches Stack ("we", "us", "our") is a subscription platform providing drills, session plans, and coaching resources for grassroots football coaches. These Terms govern your use of coachesstack.com and all associated content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Club subscriptions may be managed by an adult on behalf of other coaches.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your account with others outside your licensed plan.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

We offer Monthly, Annual, and Club plans. All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase.
• Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Coaches Stack content for your personal coaching sessions. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share our drills and session plans.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content for commercial use.
• Attempt to bypass subscription access controls.
• Use the platform in any unlawful or harmful manner.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Coaches Stack — including drills, session plans, articles, and the monthly magazine — is owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use content for personal coaching purposes only.

7. Disclaimer

Coaches Stack content is provided for informational and practical coaching purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of drills and activities for your players, including their age, ability, and safety.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaches Stack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or its content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
