In these Terms, "Coaches Stack", "we", "us" or "our" means Coaches Stack Ltd.

2. What Coaches Stack Provides

Coaches Stack is an online coaching resource platform designed to support grassroots football coaches, volunteer coaches, parent coaches, clubs and other people involved in planning and delivering football sessions. Our resources may include, but are not limited to:

• Football drills
• Session plans
• Coaching articles
• Downloadable coaching resources
• PDF resources
• Magazine-style content
• Practical guidance for grassroots coaches
• Other related coaching materials

Coaches Stack does not currently provide video content. Our content is designed to provide general coaching ideas, guidance and educational support. It is not a substitute for formal coach education, safeguarding training, first aid training, club policies, governing body rules, professional advice, or your own judgement as a coach.

3. Consumers, Clubs and Business Users

Some users buy Coaches Stack for personal use as individual coaches. Other users buy access on behalf of a club, team, school, organisation or business.

Where you buy Coaches Stack wholly or mainly for personal use, you may be a consumer and have certain legal rights.

Where you buy Coaches Stack on behalf of a club, team, school, organisation or business, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that the organisation is responsible for ensuring its users comply with these Terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy a Coaches Stack membership. Users aged 16 or 17 may only use Coaches Stack with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a 16 or 17-year-old to use Coaches Stack, the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for their use of the website and resources. Coaches Stack is not intended for children under 16.

5. Membership Options

Coaches Stack offers individual and club membership options. Our membership options may include:

• Monthly individual membership
• Annual individual membership
• Annual club membership

An annual club membership includes access for up to 10 licensed users, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Coaches Stack. Membership prices, features and access levels will be shown on the website at the point of purchase. We may change our prices or membership options from time to time, but any changes will not affect the period of membership you have already paid for.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Your membership order is accepted when we confirm your purchase and provide access to your Coaches Stack account. At that point, a contract is formed between you and Coaches Stack Ltd.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe there has been an error, misuse, fraud, unauthorised use, or breach of these Terms.

7. Prices, VAT and Price Changes

Prices will be shown on the website at the point of purchase. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on how they are displayed at checkout and whether VAT applies. Any price change will not affect your current paid membership period. If your membership renews, the renewal price will be the price notified to you before renewal or displayed in your account before the renewal date.

8. Accounts and Login Details

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You must not:

• Share your login details with anyone else
• Allow another person to use your account
• Use another person's account
• Sell, transfer or give access to your account to anyone else
• Create multiple accounts to avoid payment or access restrictions
• Try to bypass any access controls, paywalls or security measures

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you must contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe your account is being misused, shared, copied, resold or used in breach of these Terms.

9. Club Memberships and Licences

Where a club membership is purchased, access is limited to the number of licensed users included in that membership. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a club membership provides access for up to 10 named users.

Club membership users must not share their login details with other coaches, parents, players, volunteers, teams, clubs or third parties. The club or person purchasing the club membership is responsible for ensuring that all users under that membership comply with these Terms.

If we believe a club membership is being used by more people than permitted, or access is being shared outside the agreed licence, we may suspend access, request that the club upgrades its membership, or terminate the membership.

10. Payments and Renewals

Payments are taken at the point of purchase using the payment method available on our website.

• Monthly memberships renew monthly until cancelled.
• Annual individual memberships renew annually until cancelled.
• Annual club memberships renew annually until cancelled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for making sure your payment details are up to date. If a payment fails, we may suspend or remove access to your account until payment is completed.

11. Renewal Reminders

For annual memberships and annual club memberships, we may send a reminder before your membership renews using the email address linked to your account. It is your responsibility to keep your account email address up to date. You can cancel your membership through your account dashboard before your next renewal date if you do not want your membership to renew.

12. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current paid membership period. After that, your access will end and your membership will not renew. Cancelling your membership does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any unused part of your current paid period.

13. Refunds

Coaches Stack does not offer refunds for monthly memberships, annual memberships, or annual club memberships, except where required by law. This means:

• If you cancel a monthly membership, you will keep access until the end of the monthly period you have paid for.
• If you cancel an annual membership, you will keep access until the end of the annual period you have paid for.
• If a club cancels an annual club membership, the licensed users will keep access until the end of the annual period paid for.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time, non-use of the website, change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or because a coach or club no longer needs the resources. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

14. Digital Access and Cancellation Rights

When you purchase a Coaches Stack membership, you receive immediate access to digital content and online resources. By completing your purchase, you expressly request and agree that Coaches Stack will begin providing digital content and membership access immediately.

You acknowledge that, once digital content access has started, you may lose any statutory cooling-off cancellation right that would otherwise apply, except where the law says otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content or service is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on Coaches Stack belongs to Coaches Stack Ltd or its licensors unless stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Drills and session plans
• Written articles and PDF resources
• Graphics, illustrations and templates
• Magazine content and website copy
• Branding, logos, layouts and design elements
• Databases and downloadable resources

You are buying access to use the resources. You are not buying ownership of the resources. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

16. How You May Use Coaches Stack Resources

As an active member, you may use Coaches Stack resources for your own personal coaching use or, where applicable, for coaching within the club covered by your membership. You may:

• Read and use resources to plan your own coaching sessions
• Download resources where download functionality is made available
• Print reasonable copies for your own session planning and pitch-side use
• Use the ideas in your own coaching sessions with your own team or club

You must not use Coaches Stack resources outside the scope of your membership. Downloadable resources are provided for reasonable use by active members. We may restrict, suspend or investigate accounts where we detect unusual, excessive, automated or systematic downloading, copying or extraction of content.

17. Strict Rules on Sharing, Copying and Redistribution

Coaches Stack resources are for members only. You must not:

• Share your login details with anyone else
• Send downloaded resources to non-members
• Upload Coaches Stack resources to WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, Google Drive, Dropbox, club websites, learning platforms, forums or shared folders
• Copy our drills, session plans, articles or resources into another website, app, course, membership, book, PDF pack, coaching library, social media account, newsletter or paid product
• Resell, licence, distribute or commercially exploit any Coaches Stack content
• Remove Coaches Stack branding, copyright notices or ownership wording from any resource
• Present Coaches Stack content as your own
• Use Coaches Stack content to train, build or populate another coaching platform, artificial intelligence system, content database or commercial coaching product
• Scrape, extract, copy, bulk-download or systematically reproduce website content
• Use screenshots, downloads or copied text to avoid paying for a membership
• Share club membership access beyond the number of licensed users

This applies whether the content is shared for free or for payment. You acknowledge that unauthorised copying, sharing, resale or misuse of Coaches Stack content may cause serious harm to our business. We may seek legal remedies, including damages, account termination and injunctive relief, where appropriate.

18. User-Generated Content

At this stage, Coaches Stack does not allow users to post public content, upload drills, comment on resources, message other users, or contribute to a community area. If we introduce user-generated content features in the future, we may update these Terms or introduce additional rules.

19. Coaching Responsibility

Coaches Stack provides general coaching information and session ideas. You are responsible for deciding whether a drill, session plan, activity or piece of guidance is suitable for your players, team, environment and circumstances. You are responsible for:

• Planning sessions safely
• Adapting drills to suit the age, ability and needs of your players
• Checking pitch conditions and equipment
• Managing player numbers and space safely
• Providing appropriate supervision
• Following your club's rules and policies
• Following relevant FA, league, school, local authority or governing body rules
• Carrying out appropriate risk assessments
• Considering player welfare, health, medical needs and injuries
• Ensuring suitable first aid arrangements are in place
• Stopping or changing any activity that becomes unsafe

You should not use any Coaches Stack resource in a way that puts players, coaches, parents, spectators or others at risk.

20. Safeguarding

Coaches Stack does not replace official safeguarding training, DBS checks, club safeguarding policies, welfare officer guidance, or requirements set by The FA, County FA, league, school, local authority or any other governing body.

You are responsible for making sure you understand and follow the safeguarding requirements that apply to your role, club, team and players. You must not rely on Coaches Stack as your only source of safeguarding guidance.

If you have any safeguarding concern, you should follow your club's safeguarding procedure and contact the appropriate welfare officer, governing body, local authority or emergency service where necessary.

21. No Professional Advice

Coaches Stack content is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not professional legal, medical, safeguarding, psychological, fitness, injury, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, or emergency advice. You should seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

22. Accuracy and Availability of Content

We aim to provide useful, accurate and practical coaching resources. However, grassroots coaching environments vary, and not every resource will be suitable for every team, player, coach, club or setting. We may update, improve, replace, remove or change content at any time. We do not guarantee that:

• Every resource will be suitable for your team
• The website will always be available without interruption
• The website will be free from errors, bugs or technical issues
• All resources will remain available permanently
• Using our resources will produce any specific coaching, player development or performance outcome

23. Website Availability

We aim to keep Coaches Stack available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to suspend, restrict or interrupt access for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for any loss caused by the website being unavailable for a period of time.

24. Changes to Coaches Stack

We may change the website, content, design, features, resources, membership options or pricing from time to time. Where a change materially affects your current paid membership, we will try to give reasonable notice where practical. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available on the website. Continued use of Coaches Stack after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.

25. Acceptable Use

You must use Coaches Stack lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, damage, overload or disrupt the website
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
• Attempt to access areas of the website you are not authorised to access
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract content
• Use Coaches Stack in a way that infringes another person's rights
• Use Coaches Stack to create or support a competing product or service
• Behave abusively towards Coaches Stack, its team, users or partners

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these rules.

26. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to pay membership fees
• You share login details
• You copy, misuse or redistribute content
• You use Coaches Stack in a way that may harm us, our users or our business
• We are required to do so by law
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity

If your account is terminated because you have breached these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund, except where required by law.

27. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Subject to that, Coaches Stack is not responsible for:

• How you use or adapt our coaching resources
• Injuries, accidents or incidents that happen during coaching sessions
• Safeguarding failures by coaches, clubs, parents, volunteers or third parties
• Failure to follow governing body, club, league or local rules
• Losses caused by sharing your account details
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Website downtime or technical issues outside our reasonable control
• Use of Coaches Stack resources outside their intended purpose

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If you are using Coaches Stack on behalf of a club, organisation or business, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you to Coaches Stack in the 12 months before the issue giving rise to the claim.

28. Third-Party Links and Services

Coaches Stack may contain links to third-party websites, services, tools or resources. We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies or practices of third-party websites or services. You access third-party links at your own risk.

29. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of Coaches Stack is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These policies explain how we collect, use and protect personal information and how cookies are used on the website.

31. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a business, club or organisation, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer law.
